The Walk to Emmaus experience is a three-day event. But the most important part of the Walk is what each Pilgrim does on their “Fourth Day”.
Do they actively seek to be servants in mission for Christ? Do they actively support their church? Do they lead by example among the members of the church? Do they take their discipleship to those who are not Christians or those whose faith has lapsed? Do they seek to become better Christians with daily devotionals, formal Bible study, active participation in church fellowship and accountability group meetings?
At every Community meeting one of our Pilgrims will give a Fourth Day talk describing their rebirth as a Christian and how their Walk to Emmaus experience has changed their lives.
